My salad was another one of my favorite things. The chef gave me the recipe, which I will share in another post (with permission, of course). These crab cakes had large bits of crab and were seasoned just right. OH MY WORD! Fabulous! Elaine also had the crab cakes, and the guy sitting next to me did too.
Delicious! Seared Jumbo Lump Crab, Leek & Shitake Salad, and Sweet Corn JusĪppetizers were delivered to the table after the small bite. I am fond of sweet wines, and this one was perfect! Next, there was a small bite brought out, which was made with crab and asparagus.
I asked for Riesling, which is my favorite.
